It says in the whitepaper that "the minimum participation threshold in the main placement will be 5 ROCK tokens."
But I'm not sure if this is about ICO investment or it is about long term cloud mining contracts, so after you purchase ROCK tokens, you will be able to invest them into mining contract, this will be possible in December I think.

You should wait for an official answer. I think 5 USD is enough, so 0.0169 ETH at the moment will give you 5 ROCK tokens. But I am not sure as I said.

I think it’s fake news... I see no quotes regarding mining in here, or any citations to where the government plans to shut anything down. Quite the opposite, google Kazakhstan Cryptocurrency and it’s all positive news from the country except this one random article which is mostly opinion based and no facts.
