Not every project that is not finished is a scam first of all. There has been no ICO and no funding raised from community. The project is on halt from reasons that I don't know at the moment. We are still very fond and this project was a great idea and that is why we have made a joint venture with Providence. We can't say for sure yet that it has failed but it is surely on hold since I can't get any info from the mngmnt/pioneer investor team.

It seems to be the fact that all who follow bounty will not accept anything with the news that has been sent by telegram by Luka K, but I appreciate Luka K's efforts to keep informed to those who want to know but I rather disagree that Luka K still defends that this not a scam, whereas who follow bounty has taken enough time by not receiving anything.

K wounds remain faithful to provide very important information on the project's issue, but why not admit that this is a scam, not only from the absence of ICO, but with us shrinking bounty and not getting anything and the time consumed is a sacrifice as well.

Just helping, that there is no up-to-date news for distribution, it looks like the project is experiencing something we do not want because of some obstacles, so it's probably not going to continue.
but we hope a lot that this good project can be forwarded, but for all that there has been no further news.

Thanks Nosce. Of course, I will be here and try to find anwsers and solutions, but as of now I have been always postponed and delayed for meeting and infos. It has been no payment about the bounty rewards even if we look at the telegram no one admin on there online or reply to those people asking on there about the bounty reward distribution and i think this will be going a scam it was so sad for us if that happen.
