On your opinion

I think in my opinion the chr here in the Philippines ir currently doing their job on the limits of their budget and the mandate that is being given to them by the President. It annoys me that a deartment cannot do their job just because of being a naysayer but  that is the truth.

BIASED in some cases! a puppet of  COJUANCO-AQUINO family, proctecting those politicians that feeding them secretly! one of the most corrupt agency of the governtment. CHR are used to hide some great cases and to change the news when their ally is in the hot seat facing the case .. it is easy to plant a great news just to give anohter way for the people.. example DE LIMA in jail now, Aquino will face case. now this is gonna happen they wwill plant skalawags on a legitimate police operation then will kill a people brutaly nowadays they will choose teenager to get more noise and attraction then the CHR will enter the NEWS WORLD WIDE!!
