How do you escrow when selling accounts?
Is there some automatic-escrow service?
Or you do manual escrow with a reputable user here?
Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

Most of the bitcoin escrow sites are closed now but you can still search for one on google. I found one "escrowmybits.com", can't predict it's authenticity, use your brain to do that.

Recommended: Hire an escrow from here who is willing to escrow the trade, make a thread in Services section to get some offers or browse the services section to find one.
