CoinSecure is either not-reachable at the right time when there's volatility or if it's up it glitches.. have been waiting for over an hour now to edit the "pending sell order", but it just doesn't show up. I tried logging into the Phone app but no help. I also tried other browsers, OS enviornment.. its definitely a coding glitch

No one answers the customer support numbers either.. what's your deal w/ such consistent regression Benson Samuel?

Try refresh page, and all pending show up on timeline as well.
Fixing the feed. should be restarted soon.

Support is getting fixed as well. We have expanded the support team and that should start getting effective very soon.

Since yesterday, Coinsecure is behaving erratically. Their website was down, they told go to app. Unlucky for me, during this time, I transferred 1.6 BTC from my Trezor to CoinSecure. Here are the transaction details:

The account still shows 0 BTC. It has been over 14 hours now. No reply to mails - mailed 3 times. Calling since last 30 mins as their support opens at 11 am IST - waiting time and call gets disconnected. What is a customer supposed to do?

It could be because of overload on there servers
But I found them secure and trustworthy
