Hello everybody. I'm looking for a Russian-speaking resident of China, who understands in the blockbuster and telecom.
If this is not - we will communicate with the help of an interpreter or in English.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

yap but you can pratice your chinese language fluently just before you came to china instead of looking for a chinese speaking russian.
