My father was the best.  Somehow he managed to be stern with us, yet be the most gentle giant you've ever met.  He showed us how to be strong and to fight for ourselves, yet to be polite and help others all the time.  He taught me the importance of making money, but even more so, taught me the importance of life, and how you only need enough money.  One of the best things was, he always made time for us, no matter what.  He was there for every recital, lesson, sporting event, or social event we ever had.  He was there to listen whenever we wanted to talk.  He did so much more too.  If you can do all of this, then you too will be a great dad!!!

Leader and father both are very different positions in my opinion.

It is very difficult to be a Good father. Usually fathers are ideal for daughters and sons have a friendly relation with mothers. But a father can be an ideal for his son and family also by following these points:

Fathers should give proper time to family.

Fathers should give them freedom of speech.

Fathers should play different games regularly with children.

Usually children demands friendly relations with family so be friendly but you should be strict when needed.

Father should be active because kids don't like lazy parents.
