Anyone done this? Currenty runnig 2 x 5850 (Usage 350 W)

I can't say it won't work, but you are risking your hardware. I strongly advise against it.

You would risk killing the PSU within a month, risking all hardware attached to it if you are really unlucky.

Short answer, no.

Doubtful. It should barely be able to handle 2 under full load according to: http://images10.newegg.com/BizIntell/tool/psucalc/index.html

No hdd and no optical drive, currently at 800 Mhs/s both cards running stable at 72C°
