What happened::
He pretended to be a trusted member on a Polish forum, saying he wanted to trade some BTC to PayPal. He said this thread (http://zarabiam.com/Temat-Wymiany-Konto-bankowe-PP-Skrill-BTC-PSC-118109) belonged to him. I contacted the thread-owner directly through a Polish IM and the thread-owner said "That's not me!".

You should copy/paste the transcript in Polish, and also in English (translated by you). Make sure to put them both in quote tags.
