I am looking to purchase a Casascius 1BTC Gilt that is graded.

Not looking for a high grade necessarily, most likely MS65-68 for a reasonable price. Please post or PM offers.  Grin

is it being graded a necessity? I have an excellent ungraded gilt coin im selling for 2.25BTC that would fetch an excellent grade if you took it to ANACS.

24" PCI-E cables with 16AWG wires and stripped ends - great for server PSU mods, best prices https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=563461

Depends who you ask.  I prefer ungraded, but some like having the tamper-proof case.

i find airtites get scratched and scuffed on the outside very easily, but keep the coin inside safe and sound

Bump, still looking for a graded 2013 funded gilt single! All PM's replied, might go with other options if I can't find a 2013 funded graded single.

I could probably set you up with a MS69 coin, may not meet your "reasonable price" target tho  Tongue

Yeah, now seems one of the worst times for buyers as the price has skyrocketed recently.

I'm going to get my hands on a 1 BTC Gilt again since I sold mine last year, but this time I'll force myself to keep it and not sell it.

In terms of BTC premiums, there has never been a better time for a buyer to get in on a Casascius.  This coin (Silver/Gilt) was selling regularly around 3 BTC in late 2015 / early 2016.  Now, it would be closer to 2 BTC.  Granted, in fiat, the price has gone up considerably.  I guess it depends on your entry price for BTC more than anything.
