What problems are solved by the project Confideal, which regularly encounter companies and individuals who conduct international transactions?
1) Counterparties interaction (Contracting). The organization of international deals is an a priori more involved process than that of domestic contracts. For that reason, the partners tend to simplify the contracting process by conducting the entire workflow via the Internet. This approach creates additional risks - it becomes possible to modify contract data without the partner’s knowledge, forge signatures in Photoshop, etc. 2) Foreign exchange regulations. There is a possibility of severe time delays in the countries with strict forex regulations. Delays of five or more days are quite probable, and sometimes banks can deny payment processing outright, not explain. 3) Arbitration. In case of disputes, there can be one more type of costs: the average cost of an arbitration procedure today is 2.5 million USD, and it takes no less than six months to be completed. Such losses are inadmissibly expensive for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). |

In order to ensure confidentiality, smart data necessary to the fulfillment of the contract is stored on the blockchain. Our interface allows entering all the required contract terms without having any programming skills: the name of the contract, the text of the agreement, the payment volume, due date, the wallet address of the counterparty. |

You can't pay for service in fiat but when you make payments with ETH, 1% fee is applicable, 1% fee is not applicable for payments in CDL tokens |

Now, this option is missing, we can't take such risks. In future, we are planning to peg the value of the contract to the dollar. |
