I can not say anything about the ownership of Discord channel, because I ignore some of the facts.
BUT what I can say with no doubt is that this user LeDust is racist, doesn´t help noobs at all, and is a scammer.
I am currently banned in PD Discord for a comment I made about LeDust on other site, not for doing anything wrong at PDs Discord or at Primedice.
This guy Ledust is like a dictator on Discord, bans people with no reasons, has a group of friends that get special treatment and deletes posts if he wants.
Most "normal" users now don´t use PDs Discord because they don´t like this racist conversations everyday against black people, people from Philippines and others, and lengthy talks favouring the abuse of drugs.
This scum should be kicked out of PD.

It is a really unfortunate situation,i know Dusty for a very long time but one thing i know about him is that he is not a scammer,he is some times out of the box with racist jokes,i am not aware of the recent developments as i am not gambling for some time,will talk to him and comment after hearing his version of things before judging .

I think that the case is pretty clear cut. Ledust seems like a bitch at best and scammer at worst.

This is just another reason why you shouldn't trust people on primedice. Especially if they have a VIP tag attached to them, i believe that makes them even less trustworthy than normal members because they have gambled so much BTC.

I don't know why he would just attempt to take over your channel like this though. Does he have any financial incentive to even do this? Or is he just doing it because he wants to be recognized in the community? Also are any of the mods in charge of this discord channel right now or is it still in his hands?

He hasn't really scammed you for anything of monetary value so, it's going to be extremely hard to set up your case against him. He is also seemingly trying to get your channel into a moderator's hands which i don't get. If you created this discord channel then you're supposed to have full control over it, no matter whether nobody uses it or everybody uses it. Why doesn't he just give it back to you and everyone's happy?

It'll be no real use for you to create this thread because it's unlikely that Stunna will read it and take action. Try to take this to the primedice forum if you haven't already(i'm sure you already have) and keep bumping up your thread.

PD doesn't moderate scams, just like bitcointalk, at least when i was on PD which was a long time ago. Maybe now with the forum it'll be better managed but it doubt it will.

As magneto said he literally didn't scammed you monetary, regarding his attitude i don't what more to say. In any cases I think this problem should be moved to the primedice forum, not here.

Everyone thought it was fishy(including all the moderators which backed me up on taking over the discord) and made no sense to offer to pay someone back that much instead of just being patience and waiting for your own money why risk that much lol no ones ever fucking themselves over that bad on rates.

Ledust has been reasonable and helpful in the Primedice community. He also helped with the hungergames regular pd players enjoy. But I agree he hates Filipinos, and there is a reason behind it.

Ledust is known for his racist joke towards other member. For me he is like a bully in the primedice chat and he really hates us Filipinos I don't know why. But i'm sure he ain't scammer, he's just being too much bully, that's all. If you can't take his words and find him annoying. Just put his in your ignore list and your problem will be solved.
