Hi All,

Has anyone had an issue with GDAX imports recently?
I've been using cointracking for the last 6 months, never had an issue with it, but for the past ten days it stopped pulling anything new. Imports run but no new trades imported.

I recreated my keys, double checked everything, and noticed that GDAX keys now have to have  "cointracking" as passphrase, which i think didn't seem to be the case. Anyway did that but to no avail.

Opened a ticket about ten days ago with support, but so far they haven't really helped and are saying it's GDAX's fault... which seems hard to believe. All my keys and connected apps to GDAX work great.

Help!

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Sorry, one of the data center has still network issues since yesterday.
Today, during the course of the day, we will move all affected data to other systems so that this problem no longer occurs.
We am very sorry for the issue. It should be fixed within the next hours.

I am having problems with imports from Hitbtc. Coin Tracker is showing negative balances form coins that I exchanged, used to buy alt coins or transfer.

LTCLitecoin   Coin   -3.86000000   -667.12 USD   -0.06334843 BTC   -107.70 %   0.016411510000 BTC172.82797066 USD   -1.31 %   -10.32 %   -17.03 %   -33.10 %
EBTCEbitcoin   Coin   -400.00000000   -684.34 USD   -0.06498400 BTC   -110.49 %   0.000162460000 BTC1.71085001 USD   -3.07 %   12.10 %   172.82 %   433.56 %

The Ether I used to buy other coins
The LTC was exchanged for Ether
The EBTC I sold and bought a different coin

All this was done on Hitbtc but Coin Tracker isnt recognizing some transactions including my current balances.

Did I forget to import something?

Why can't I import Deposit/Withdrawals?

MrBender did you make sure you used the "cointracking" passphrase when setting up your api key?
Not sure but I think that's a new requirement

First time post...love the site!

My ETH wallet import picked up one of my tokens which is showing a price now that it's listed on an exchange; however, it's not showing the qty even though if I look at the transaction import, it  shows a qty.

Any ideas why the qty isn't showing on the dashboard?

Thanks
JJ

I’d like to request the addition of a feature to support the import of ETC wallets similar to what you have with ETH wallets.

The free API at https://api.gastracker.io/v1/addr/{ETC address}/transactions provides for an easy way to get all ETC transactions associated with an ETC wallet address. It is described at http://help.gastracker.io/support/solutions/articles/36000000899-list-of-transactions-api

Alternately, Gastracker also provides a public RPC endpoint compatible with Ethereum Web3. You can use it from https://web3.gastracker.io as described at http://help.gastracker.io/support/solutions/articles/36000000934-public-json-rpc-api

Yep it works, although my total amount is totally wrong due to some -transactions for some reason.

I really like this application!

My question concerns forked coins for example SBTC and BTG from BTC blockchain which I used to trade for DOGE.  When I entered my DOGE in CT I tried both "income" and "gift/tip" as "type of trade".  But when I do, my cost is increased for DOGE but there should not be an increase in cost because the coins where airdropped, ie free.  How can prevent the cost increase?  Thanks

hi i paid for a licence thought, in my country there is no tax on crypto to crypto trade, is it possible to calculate only the amount of euros credit minus the amount of euros paid from a kraken ledger ?
gains announced are thus much higher than what should be reported, or is there other way ? i tried something with google sheet just to make a sum but ive no basis in programmation Cry

Hello, i'm using coin-tracking to simply understand how much profit am i at given my buys/sells/trades. One thing i am confused about is "Current Balance" on the dashboard. It is showing the total number of coins i've ever purchased and doesn't seem to reflect the total coins i am holding right now (i.e. somehow not reflecting sells). Is this expected?

I am having the same problem.

I've been having this issue but only on some coins started yesterday with STA deleted and reentered the last trade and it went away but now zrc is doing the same and deleting and re-entering the trade does nothing, weird thing is they show on the dashboard list but when i look at balance by exchange i have no ZRC listed anywhere Huh

Are the number of transaction limitations per year or lifetime?

go to your deposit and upload history on Cryptopia and download them manually (theres a button near the bottom of the table) import this into the CoinTracking_Excel_Import spreadsheet and upload them as a bulk upload doesn't take long, I also did this for coins i mined at cryptopia  Wink easy

Yobit however is an absolute ball ache
