Not sure if I understand your question correctly, but yes, DGPT is already listed on Etherdelta. You can buy and sell it there if you want.

Nono, just for now. They are in talks with several exchanges as far as I know. For now ED is the only one, but I am sure more will follow soon.

I think it is necessary to consider the advantages and disadvantages of each of the options. As I understand it, the talk is about 12,700,000 tokens.

Option 1: Monthly remittances, within 10 years. This is 105800+ tokens every month.

Option 2: burn all =)

I think when considering burning tokens one very important aspect is future funding of the team. They are great people and we want them to work long-term on DigiPulse. But they know best how far the current funding can get them. Then again, I don't know if the terms would allow to sell unsold tokens and use the money as salaries for the team.

Burning unsold tokens may bring some benefits for the team as well, no doubt they have a pile of tokens which will rise in value after the burning. Then they won't have to sell too many of them to raise funds.

If we will create scarcity of tokens right now it may harm  the platform, reducing its early users.  Maybe burning tokens is a good idea, but not earlier than somenperiod of timeafter release of service.

I am not sure whether your statement makes sense. Is the price for usage of the service hard coded or could it potentially float while being pegged to a USD price? If that is the case, it doesn't matter how many tokens are in circulation as there is also the decimal range per token. Looking forward to the team's announcement and I am sure they'll get this one right as well.
