A good explanation about how this will work for the end-user. "Once you've placed an order, it will be delivered straight to the Manufacturer that produces the shampoo. A few hours later (at the end of the day perhaps) all orders for their production will be accumulated and they'll ship the necessary products to the Smart Delivery Centres. The one that is closest to YOUR place will recieve your shampoo, then the order will be processed and delivered to you by an independent courrier who isn't necessarily affiliated with INS or the manufacturer, or even the Smart Delivery Centre. The INS Ecosystem will have a number of independent contractors serving different purposes. Of course the exact scheme will vary on different stages of development of the platform and maybe there will be slight differences from city to city, but roughly it's how it works !"
