So, what is this? Is this a building has been built by INS? Then if we want apply INS to a city we must build CENTER(s) in that city?
2. The ICO start in 27 Nov, so now, can I deposit my ETH to my ins account? I didn't see where to show my ETH amount in ins acc, just INS amount.

It will be already existing smart center.
Yes, you can deposit your ETH now. After you've deposited the funds are credited to your personal account in the system, from where you can pay for the amount of INS tokens you wish to buy.

1)There is no analogue to INS with that simple using. We at INS have more that 4 years of REAL business experience in the sector we are going to disrupt. We’re veterans of the online grocery industry with a very deep understanding of how the industry works and what it needs.

For example for now, the ban just means Chinese start-ups cannot use an ICO to raise money. It does not stop Chinese crypto-currency developers and service providers from getting in on the action.

Yeah. It doesn't mean that investors and enthusiasts can't support the ico. They just don't want people to start an ico everyday in order to scam people.

Another important development - we have proactively decided to launch INS platform prototype to share with our community and our partners in advance of our token sale. We’re going to make this launch ahead of schedule and earlier than promised. We decided to slightly move our ICO date to December 4th to enable our supporters to try it out before buying INS tokens.
