I've bought hacked account

Recently I've bought account and now I'm realized that it was hacked. I spent 300$ for it. Owner asks to give account back. Should I ask money from owner? Or I should take loses? What would you do?

Here's an idea, don't buy accounts. I doubt anyone here will have sympathy for you, as it undermines trust in the forums and scammers love to prey on victims with bought accounts. If you were a decent person and the owner can prove it, then return the account. If you don't, then there is a risk the staff will do it for you.

in my opinion we should not buy accounts, I already thought of buying, but look at the FORTIFY ... imagine what happened? today he is legendary, we follow the accounts, there are 28 activities in the month, probably he put to 3 years !!! .... and if by chance you buy a legendary account even not hackiada and if behave as a beginner, it will take ban and negatives , so there is the levels, to put you according to your current knowledge

You made a mistake and it is the time for you to pay for it, do you know how to verify account ownership? If not ask a trusted escrow provider to do that for you and proceed to transfer the account to the real owner. Do all these things using a new account and not a temp account and start using that account as your permanent account.

If it is a hacked account and if the owner is  able to prove the ownership then its better to return the account. Otherwise you might get negative trust then this account will be of no use for you also; any how the owner will get back the account through the forum admins, if he has the concrete proofs.

I think you made a mistake so you should face the consequences. If you won't return it and if that account will be reported, you won't even be able to use the account that you've bought. So, if you want you can just return it to the owner.

I think what you did to lose $ 300 account for an account is quite large but if you need to prove it's an account that you own then they will return your account to you.

Has the owner provided any proof of ownership over the account like signed messages from any of his address that he posted somewhere in this forum? If not then don't buy into his claims. Or better yet, don't buy an account ever again since it's not even worth it to begin with and you can create an account and use it regularly to achieve the same rank that your bought account has. $300 is an account possibly with a +ve trust, Hero Member above. It will take you a year and a half to be a Hero Member, but it's worth the wait compared to the hassle a bought account might give you.
