As you know Giga-Watt company is a legit mining company and they offer to investor a Giga-Watt Token that you can rent it out for 50 years contract and limited supply of token.

Currently, they are building the Pods for Batch 3 Mining site and next is the Batch 4. As you know there is a chance that this company would take lead on mining and take over like Genesis and other mining company.

Current value of Giga-Watt Token: $2.06
And what if the construction will be completed? It could hit again $24+ or more than that. See the market cap https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/giga-watt-token/

No matter how legit a mining company is or is presented to be, I still be most if not all are scam or will end up being one, there market space is very competitive and it is heading towards monopoly and more big companies are now looking into joining the raise so how will a company like Giga-Watt survive the competition

Is that a joke? what the heck about take over the mining and what do you mean about that. It seems just in your delusional to hype the shit giga watt token. That was so sadly but the gigawatt token already traded on the only exchange like etherdelta at really low volume.
