I accidentally manually cashout LTC from miningpoolhub balance to  BTC address. How should I cancel this payout request?

You probably can't... Unless you can contact miningpoolhub and ask them to cancel the transaction before it is processed and broadcast.

Once broadcast, there is no way to cancel the transaction... the only hope is that the sender can "double-spend" it to another address (not an easy task).

If the transaction has been broadcast and/or confirmed, you're out of luck.

Who controls the private keys for the BTC address that you sent to? You or a third party?

If you have access to the private key, you might be able to recover the LTC... If someone else has it (exchange or unknown person) then those coins are effectively lost.

If you do have access to the private key of the address you have sent your funds to, you should be able to recover your funds buy exporting the private key out of your current wallet + importing it into a LTC wallet.

If you, on the other hand, do NOT have access to the private key, you will need to contact the person who is in control of 'your' address. They are able to recover the funds. But depending on which kind of exchange / web wallet it is, this is rather unlikely.
