i think you dont right.ı have never complaint about bittrex.did you try using Bter or liqui or even kraken if you do that you realize how bittrex good market.Also i strongly suggest you to keep your tokens on wallets

Maybe your timing was not right when you log on to Bittrex that time, sites usually do maintenance and that's just normal. They are required to do that on their website or else the site will just be the same as those lame ass websites who doesn't care at all. Or you could just send a support ticket if it's really bothering you.

by the way, if you don't satisfy with bittrex, you can move to other exchanges. there are many exchanges out there that maybe suit for you and you don't have to complain with the site. i think its normal for them to maintain their wallet because its for their member security too. do you know that xvc takes too long to be maintain too? its not just for neo wallet but for every wallet in the exchanges so be patience for a while.

Not just bittrex, every exchanger will do regular maintenance of altcoin listed by it. Especially bittrex is great exchanger, they definitely try to do their best for the satisfaction of members.

Neo is going up but I cant access my neo in my wallet because of some automated maintenance.  

Just wait for the maintenace to finish then try it again, It is very important to a system to have a maintenance break for a while it will benefits the system and also the users, just take a break and w8 for a while.
