For me i think when ever am stressed up i always take a cooled water bath, listen to music and stay in a cool and calm environment.
By so doing all my stress will be relieved and eased up.

i just remembered having coffee is also stress relieving, sipping it while sitting somewhere with good jazz music! that would be awesome!

When I feel stress what can I do is drink a coffee and smoke cigarette while playing loud music, sometimes I just drink beer to forget my problems.

My stress reliever is hugging my son. after the stressful everyday work when I came home I just hug my cute little and chubby son. and all my stress gone in a nano second.

I have lots of stress reliever. My girlfriend is one of my best stress reliever. Being with her just makes my day complete and satisfying. When I'm with her, I'm happy. The other one is watching Anime, reading Manga, Light Novels, and Visual Novels because duhh Japanese is life. I love their entertainment, their cultures and traditions. Basically I love everything from Japan. Anime enthusiast here  |
