Doing sports or hard manual work when you feel tired afterwards is also a good stress reliever.

Lack of sleep could also be a rerequisite for low resistance to stress. So you've got to sleep enough (no less than 7-8 hours).

Same here dude, I play league of legends to lessen my stress but sometimes it doesn't work because of the cancerous attitudes of the players.
Listening to a classical music also help me to relax and to sleep easily but sometimes just being alone could also help

busy activities of daily routine that we run make us experience saturation resulting in stress, I usually to relieve stress by fishing in the reservoir because it is my hobby

I like music shows, especially k-pop music that is broadcast sbs tv .., besides I like the talk show that invites guest stars who share life experiences, creativity that inspires me.

sometimes i was so stress because of my thesis but God is always there for me to comfort me and he is my best stress reliever.
