Hello. I'd like to mine Gopnik coin. It would be my first cryptocurrency mining- I haven't done this before. I've installed the wallet and I've installed RPC Miner on my Mac. I can't seem to, however, get RPC Miner going. Here are the settings I've put in: Server host name or IP address []: stratum+tcp://beardedpool.fr Server port number []: 3433 Miner username []: (my wallet address) Miner password []: c=GPK I've also tried: Server host name or IP address []: http://www.bitcoin-pool.de/Server port number []: 3731 Miner username []: (my wallet address) Miner password []: x and even: Server host name or IP address []: stratum+tcp://81.169.208.246 Server port number []: 3731 Miner username []: (my wallet address) Miner password []: x Nothing seems to work. I just keep getting this error: "Could not retrieve work from RPC server. CURL return value = 6" Any advice? |

This is amazing achievement that you have a partnership with facebook page Squatting Slavs in Tracksuits, they have 756 000 followers and that is Huuuge!  But I don't really see the point that they posted about Gopnik Coin right now because mining is no more possible, GPK is not on exchanges yet so people will check out this thread and forget about Gopnik Coin. Is that Facebook page giving away gopnik coins for free or do they sell them as an ICO? |

I have problems with my wallet, doesn't sync, I already add the nodes to the .conf file but nothing so far...

I know those hodling a million GPK right now must feel very excited right now - WOW! There are around 10 people with over a million coins and that seems amazing to me. We are getting closer to exchange dates and even closer to the time where BTC funds will start going into alts in a big way. Good luck to all.

I want to buy some but I will wait that GPK gets listed on first exchange. So don't even bother sending me offers because I will not buy via the forum. I want to support this project and create some volume on the exchange.
Developer, did you contact some exchanges? Maybe Novaexchange or some other exchange which has the option of voting for new coins to get listed. I think you have a pretty large community and Slav-Network (SSIT, Life of Boris....) could help here with their huge following. We could easily win the vote.
