The two systems are not the same. They give you a $40 case, A Soly Tech(never heard of um) PSU, An asus P8P67M, A gtx570 in an x4 slot, which is from the chip set not directly from cpu, You lose the full x16 slot because of the cooler. I have never used the cooler they used but i am sure they could have used one that did not remove access to a slot. In the other hand let me give you a list of what goes into the system you stated which is the ΓΣd. gpu: Asus DirectCU GTX 570 mob: Asus P8P67 Pro PSU: OCZ Z/ZX 850W HDB: OCZ Solid/Agility 60GB HDS: WD/SG 2TB PCU: ThermalTake FRIO OC CPU: Intel I5 2500K MEM: G.Skill Sniper/Ripjaw CSE: Lian-Li Fan: 2x 140mm 1x 120 mm ODD: DVD-Burner For the Case, the customer gets a couple choices to choose from. If there is demand I can make more affordable configurations available but as it stands, the system I do offer is worth every penny. Ask any of my customers, I have had no complaints on my quality! |

Nice site. I "Liked" you on Facebook and entered today's contest.
The idea of selling pre-built mining rigs is good. As more casual users get into mining, this will be important. My brother in law was bugging me about mining just last night.
My one complaint is the 10 day wait for shipping. This is too long. The difficulty will go up before a buyer even gets their rig! I appreciate that you test them for a day or more before shipping, but 10 days is way too long. You need to shorten that to 2 days or less.
Good luck! When casual miners ask me how to get started, I'll point them at your site.

To be honest. I totally understand your point. I wish I could make it a bit faster. I am working on getting some investors so that the turnaround time can be reduced for 10 business days to 4 at most. News as always will be posted on the bitporium.com home page. |
