1.2. Are you operating yourselves as a credit institution?
2. Payment
2.1. Could you explain the transaction flow when buying with BTC using a Smartphone?
2.2. How are you connected to the Visa and Mastercard network?
2.3. Do you have your own acquiring license?
2.4. Do you have you own scheme switch? If not what do you use?
2.5. You mention being able to work with ApplePay. How is that possible as Apple did not open the solution to 3rd parties?

Credit Token Technology includes obtaining a banking license. We don't need to have a bank license from day one (for the transactional part). We will have several licensed bank partners.

Crypterium at the moment of cryptofiat transaction requests user's crypto balance and acknowledges that there is enough crypto. Then we instantly transfer our fiat to merchant in the required sum and withdraw user's crypto at the current best rate (for the user) + commission of 0,5%. We will use our special technology CrypteriumSX (Smart eXchange) to find the best rate for you. More information about CrypteriumSX you can find in our White Paper (
https://crypterium.io/wp). Commission of 0.5% is taken in the CRPT tokens equivalent at their average market price and then the amount of tokens goes subsequently to be burned.
User can preselect such an option as which cryptocurrency to use, perhaps in different percentages depending on their current trading value.

We will issue virtual bank cards with third party bank-partners.

We don't need it, at the beginning it's possible because our partner banks already have all required permissions. This is the popular case to launch a payment solution.
