This seems a lot like what cofound.it is already doing via their priority pass system. Only CFI also has an entire team dedicated to doing preliminary evaluation and ICO mentoring, so you already have all of the scams weeded out. Kick sounds like it would appeal to the companies that couldn't meet CFI's basic standards, which makes me wonder why I would want to invest in any project they promoted...?

Perhaps because some of the projects you really like and you find the right to invest in it
