do you guys have a official permission to use the sap api? or a statement from SAP SE directly?

We are independent of SAP so we can serve entire application market (Oracle, Microsoft dynamics, etc.). We are providing platform and its respective building blocks so that the system integrators and developers are able to build and deploy their own applications.

do you think hard cap of the SPHTX TGE is 115,000 ETH is going to be enough for this platform. nice idea and i can see many of use cases for application. are you guys already working towards any partnerships or private investments? 

Our project has a commercial character and TGE (ICO) is there mainly to ensure decentralization and get some funding to get it off the ground. We already have some clients in the pipeline and we do expect it to be commercially viable long before we spend the money.

so the initial price is 0.22 USD roughly. a bit high considering the high market cap. hopefully the interest in this project will propel it higher.

Ah thanks. That was also the answer of my qustion I asked before. Have you already thought about how to do the coin swap? I am always a bit afraid of coin swap as stuff can go wrong if you need to make it manually.

Looks like an interesting project. After having a first look at this I wonder if SAP themselves doesnt have or is planning to provide a "standardised" blockchain API ?

So far we know only about Leonardo, which is blockchain-as-a-service and therefore it is suitable for large and midsize organizations seeking a rather private and consortium-based setup.

Hello. We are not really sure about the comparison to Icon project since we don't know much about it. We will have our own blockchain based on the DECENT design and protocol and we will have our own token - SPHTX. in Q2 2018 - Q3 2018 you stated that an own wallet and tokens will be released? Does this mean you work on an own blockchain and if the tokensale in December will held will it be based on ETH tokens and afterwards there will be a swap or something?

Yes, you've got it right. We will send ERC20 tokens (most probably within the 48 hours after the TGE ends) and when the wallet will be running in Q2 - Q3 2018, we will swap the ERC20 for SPHTX.
