There have been at least three previous real estates based project as far as I know. How your project is different than previous ones and how will you protect your investors in short term. Here I am referring at price to not fall under ICO rate in development time.

Thanks a lot, good questions) Looks like we differ fundamentally from previous projects, since we aim for connecting construction and investment processes in real estate using open source Building information modeling and chipping methods with Blockchain technology. Investor will track all construction stages online based on data taken from RFID tags with maximum transparency. Smart Contracts are only confirmed when each and every stage is successfully completed. Then, and only then, funds are transferred to a developer. Logic suggests that the coin price cannot go down, since in the course of building development the price may only rise. Why do you think the price may fall down in this case? |

really good idea - real estate market is full of projects claiming about their purity and availability of all the necessary documents - but when it comes to direct checks and connection of amenities - from bringing water and electricity to the availability of necessary documents for building - it turns out that not everything is as good as it project claimed earlier. Wishing all the success to the project, I will definitely participate in ICO and certainly, I will follow its further development.

In 2017, during the ICO, $ 180 million was already raised, more than for the entire 2016 ($ 101 million). And the amount of attraction is constantly growing.
There are absolutely no laws governing the conduct of the ICO - in any country in the world. ICO by the buyer is a transaction based on trust. As with crowd crowding, the project may not survive to the stage of product appearance, or, having appeared, can become a complete disappointment for you. Finally, some enterprising cheaters can simply deceive you by conducting an ICO for a project they did not intend to develop.
