My acc has been locked, there is signed message

I tried to recover password by my secret question. I did it but after that my account has been locked.
I know the secret question and answer. I know current password.
Hacker changed BTC address in my profile.
But I found a post with my real BTC address. Someone did a repost of my message in which I posted my address
