Why no one is replying to my message?

I joined the Medium bounty program on 19th of January and followed/clapped and commented also.. I really made a honest comment because this project can really help me with my problems..

But when I was checking the spreadsheet today, it said that I didn't follow and I am disqualified.. I also checked my profile to confirm and the green follow button is there which means I am following..

I also sent an email on 19th of January about a problem I had and I didn't get a reply. I can show you that also.. I am sure I am following but why am I disqualified? I really liked this project and that's why I supported..

This was about ICO and pre-ICO, not bounty. As for me, i think the bounty will be distibutes after split and if it`ll be so - it looks like right decision.

Those are investors not bounties. It is clear as water.

Sometimes it takes a month before every bounty was distributed.
Maybe some of you got used to those who pays right after the ICO but before that is always the rule and some of the ICO still goes to that rule. 2 weeks up until a month or two before it is distributed.
