Account sale isn't forbidden because it makes more threats in forum and more activity my opinion.
By the way bothers some people is engaged in it. And they want to sell thir accs why not? And the reason to buy accounts it to get more bounty for signature campaign.

Talks a lot. But if it was your account that was stolen you were not so optimistic.
Signature campaigns are bullshit and a source of parasites that do nothing !
