quick recap,

bitcoin cash was accidentally sent to a bitcoin wallet address. It froze for like over 3 hours and it finally transferred the money somwhere.

I see the transaction on blockchair.

How can I tell if it was transferred to a person, organization,etc...?
Usually the transfer happen very quickly. Where exactly did it place these coins if it took over 3 hours to do it?

Does it go back into an unclaimed mine or is some kind of pending purgatory wallet for some exchange,etc..?
What information can I get from blockchair to help identify where the money ended up?

Well where weren't you trying to send the funds? Bitcoin cash wallet 1bitcoixxxxxxn has the same private key as the bitcoin cash address 1bitcoixxxxxxn. If you know who you weren't sending bitcoins to, then they have your bitcoin cash. You can ask for them back but depending where you sent them they may be gone forever now.

Why would it take over 3 hours for the transfer to happen when it normally took less than a second to transfer from one site to another?

If the bitcoin cash were going to a valid address, why would it not be instant? Why 3+ hours on saying " sending...sending....sending....." working nonstop for 3+ hours.

How can I tell if the cash was claimed or if its ended up locked up without an owner.

Some people say I need to get the private key to have a shot of getting the money back. The coins were always kept online wallets from various websites. Who would have record those private keys?

The last website to have held the money before it was transferred to the unknown?

The length of taken taken to send the bitcoin cash or whatever has nothing to do with whether or not the address is valid. If it eventually goes through then the address is valid. It could be something to do with your web wallet's nodes not being synced or even your internet connection.

Do you have a txid for this transaction?

If you sent it to a bitcoin address that you own, then you can still access the bitcoin cash. However if you sent to an address you don't own, you have no idea who it belongs to, then it'll likely be lost forever or spent by whoever owns the address.

I copied and pasted the address EXACTLY as it shows up for my bitcoin wallet on a web based system however its setup for bitcoin not bitcoin cash.

Does that mean that the website who has my wallet, also have the money but has not given it to me because it was the wrong currency type or does each currency have an identical wallet address?

Are you saying that you sent Bitcoin Cash to a service that only supports Bitcoin deposits? All Bitcoins address are also valid for Bitcoin Cash. This means that if you send BTC/BCH to any BTC/BCH address, the owner of the address will be able to see and spend both coins. Just contact the service support if that's the issue. Some of them will help you, while others won't even bother recovering your coins.
