ICON - "The Neo of Korea" - already a power player.

Aventus - Limited supply, and also could potentially have strong partnerships in the future. Had a bad start but let's watch this one closely. It's a ticketing platform.

Ethos - Crypto wallet, could be a big competitor of Bread wallet. I think Ethos is solid, team is very intelligent.

Wow... this whole thread is overwhelming, there are so many options and they all look so promising haha I wish I had more capital to spread between them.

What do people recommend, betting larger sums on a couple of coin I really like or spreading the portfolio evenly across all good coins?

there are so many good coins with huge potential and strong projects behind. i just can't resist to keep buying new alts. it's such a gambling. my portfolio has more than 30 names already lol. though i still buy couple "favorites" for much larger amounts comparing with other names. ICX and XRB are the favorites at the moment.

If you want huge profits you should focus on relatively new projects.

But do your research to prevent getting scammed by shitcoins or Pump&Dump.

I think QLink, CAPP (cappasity) and DENT are very promising: good community, great developers, very active.

CAPP is one of my favourites, their company is listed under the TOP 10 AR/VR focused projects, is listed under TOP 1000 active companies worldwide!!
Also alibaba cloud release this month (jan 2018), well-known and great dev-team, real usecase, real company.

Hidden gems are the coins providing the highest profits. XRB is completed its price move, I believe. Then it's not a hidden gem anymore. We need really hidden ones which are not pumped yet by bitcoin whales.

but how can you be sure that investing in this type of coin will bring profit in the future? Even there is simply and visually for a sufficient round sum to take a certain number of coins, then it should not be much, they are only a few pieces. Wanted in the case of Bitcoin, even a couple of coins is already a good jackpot.
