Why not? Bitcoin is not illegal in Egypt. Heck, their first Bitcoin exchange, Bitcoin Egypt, launched a few months ago. The government does not encourage it because of lack of supervision, but it is allowed.

There's also localbitcoins.com if you want to trade with other people. Good luck!

Here you go: https://bitcoin.com.eg/ the scheduled opening just got delayed, and is currently still not open. But you can already sign up just so you get an email notification when it opens.

Also,  you're free to trade cryptocurrencies on exchange sites like Bittrex.com. Just a heads up just so if you're planning on doing cryptocurrency trading in the future.

I do not yet know the bitcoin can be traded in egypt. because if trade in a country will depend on the state or policy of the country.
So i haven't been able to commet about that

I guess you can trade there, I think bitcoin is just building its name to Egypt that is why government does not encourage people to use it be because they cannot see its good thing and its positive side. 
Also i dont understand what you mean by trading bitcoin in Egypt ? For trading, you just need bitcoins and internet, and you can easily trade at any online exchange like Bittrex , where is Egypt involved in all this ?

Trading in egypt should be the same as any other countries as long as you abide by the tax laws etc then you should be fine

I gues you can use also a credit card loaded with btc. You pay high fees each time from ATM ( becuase you are in a foreign country) but you can spend easily your coins.

why not dude...........  in the world most of the country's trying to exchanging their money into bit coins. in that place Egypt also one of the country so it is easy to transferring. in Egypt legal so every one changing their money in to bit coins. that country people trying to buying more bit coins. here government also given permission to allow bit coin in to their country so nothing to worry about that country.

Everywhere a bitcoin can be obtained, but whether it is legal and whether the exchange and payment of it is punishable it depends on where we live.

Yes you can trade bitcoin anywhere. Bitcoin isn't illegal in Egypt and you can always localbitcoin to find local sellers or buyers.
