Hi,

I'm looking to hire the best campaign manager on the forum for an upcoming ICO.

I know "best" is subjective and depends on what you are looking for.

Let's say that these are the things that are most important to me:

- Previous experience, must have managed 3-4 high ticket ICOs
- Must have some kind of portfolio thread or is recommended enough that I'm going to look through his previous campaigns
- Able to create a spreadsheet to manage the entire campaign
- Able to design the ANN/Bounty threads to a "premium" standard
- Able to design the signatures people will add
- Able to understand our concepts / philosophy and create content based on that: blog posts, articles, threads etc.
- Good design skills - able to create own graphics or use our PSDs to create derivative art work.
- Great people skills; can deal with people logically and calmly. Has a great reputation on the forum.
- Great command of English
- Good at providing feedback, comes up with solutions - not problems and able to step outside his role and perform other tasks (this level of loyalty will be rewarded)

I've seen the following people recommended and have checked their work, although I'm struggling to pick between them:

Hashforcehttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2061517.0
Dark Dayshttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2313486.0
StrawBabieshttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2403851.0
Decodedhttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2327425.0
Woshibhttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2006299.0

Does anyone have any feedback or further thoughts on the matter?

Or should I just go for a premium provider like: http://www.amazix.com

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)
