Don’t let vague fears hold you back from doing what you want... Add value and positivity to someone else’s life... Exercise regularly and eat and sleep well... Start your day in a positive way... Mindfully move through your day.

In my opinion, being positive is very easy, we do not prejudice first against something we just know, whether it is human or object.

Being positive always is to think always the happy moments in life , even if in a situation where there is difficulties and problems to be solve. Just stay happy in what you have , just always think the positive way of life and not the negative ones. Or you can do something that you can relax yourself.

Everyone no matter how positive you are you will have some negative thoughts, saying being positive is easy but how many people can really put it to work, like i read before a book call Secret which was mainly about dub concious mind attraction. Basically is just about think positive and good things will be attract to you. When anything happensthere is always two side the positive or the negative perspective. The only way for you to think positive is to see the good side of whatever things that is happening at the moment.

Being positive entails a lot. Buh the most important thing is that u should focus on doing things that will make u happy. Note that what u do doesn't harm ur fellow in a bad way. That's the best way to be positive
