.Bat file issue...HELP

guys i have an issue...

i have one miner that whenever i restart the computer and run the miner's bat file all the hashrates are at stock...if i then open the bat file and simply save it and then start it its fine...any thoughts ?

So i assume you have mods?

If so add a delay it might be starting faster than the mods.
