receiving the other currencies - 0,10% of transfer worth, min 20,00 PLN max 100,00 PLN (~6,13$ - 30$) But I can help you with that!
Monthly card cost 1,00 PLN but if you top up the card or pay with it just once per 6 months - its FREE.

I've asked my Polish friends about that and they use it. It can be toped up even by USD, EUR and GBP. Somebody of you used it in different currency than PLN? Is it acceptable everywhere?

Yep.a friend of mine used them in Germany. Both cards got blocked after time for no reason,lucky for him with just a little bit over 10 € left of the money he put into the cards.
If you do your research ,you will find out that almost all people had the same problems,so i really don't recommend using them in foreign countries.
