Fuck my life... I had a whole post typed up and my phone died. Anyways, I will simply post my correspondence with this guy. You be the judge. In short, he offered no proof of legitimacy (in fact he got offended by my asking) and eventually just reduced himself to insulting me. Start from the bottom- the top is the most recent email.

Linvingston,

you are critic me as my english is not good and my business as scam, so i advise you invest in US based company and not in mine, i search investor yes but i not will kiss this pepole ass, so if you searching one of this people this is the wrong place. I can talk with you in german or in french if you better understand this, but will helps nothing, befor i sell you just one share i prefer to stay without investor.

You want a full report of my backgound and not give anything else just your name! Are you a bank? or the FBI? go to hell sorry you can check the company but this was not your idea you want only know things what i not tell people i don't know in a email without NDA.

If you talk about scam you must have bad experience in your life, that is sad for you but not for me.

If you want you can come to french côte d'azur and visit me than i tell you my whole history.

Or invest in any other business, with businessplans and owner reports front up, thats what people like you need, big bluffs and zero competence zero ideas and copies of all. Invest there!

Regards

Markus

and i know you understand very well my words!

No, I don't think you aren't competent. However, I KNOW that you are not professional- any professional company would not hesitate a second to send out all of their credentials and any sort of information that would make them worthy of a 10,000 investment. You really can't expect people to just blindly hand you ten THOUSAND euros. The way that you are so hesitant to give out information about your company (notice- your COMPANY, not "personal information") really makes me think this is just a huge scam. If you want someone to hand you money, then you need to show them (me) something that makes you qualified to manage that money, and something that shows that you will be able to make some money with whatever I give you, thus delivering a return.

The way you have handled this interaction has lost you at least ONE potential investor, likely more after I discuss the general unprofessionalism you have displayed with my associates. Some suggestions- if you plan on dealing with English speaking people, and are trying to gather investments from English speaking people, then hire someone that actually speaks English to deal with them. The word that you were trying to say in your email was "field", not "filed". Also, your English is just very confusing, and I struggle to understand exactly what you are saying. Second- learn to discern between "personal information" and "information surrounding your company". People want to invest in a company, not a person. Also, do not hesitate to provide information about your company, or the people working for your company and their background at least in a professional sense- I don't care what your address is but I DO want to know where you have worked in the past, what you have accomplished in your career, what makes you QUALIFIED to handle 200,000 euros in investments. You HAVE to do this, ESPECIALLY if you are going to make claims. If you cannot back up your claims, then you are full of shit, and are no better than a con artist.

Honestly, this entire thing seems like a very poorly executed scam to me. Until you are willing to provide some information surrounding this company that hat supposedly been around since 2010, and offer me some proof as to how you have been working in this field for at least a "decade", there is no way you are going to get a cent from me. Does the bitcoin card even exist? If I asked for a card, would you even be able to send me one? I have offered you some advice- you can either use it and potentially grow or you can continue to act confused/offended as to why I want information about the company you want me to invest in and continue to offer me statements that have no proof behind them.

Hello,

we have been involved in this filed as i told you, if you tell us more about your background we will do also, that is not a question, but i don't understand real why you want our personal background for that now?

Do you think we are not competent in this field? I promise you more than other.

You can't exactly put statements like this:
"The Bitcoin Company ( Deal du Jour SARL ) is a private limited liability company created in 2010 on French Côte d'Azur - Reg. Nr. 531 563 682
Our Team is working over the past decade in the field of PrePaid Credit Cards, Payment Processing, Virtual Currencys and the Yellow Pages Industry and are experts in this field. "

In an email and then not offer any evidence to back up that claim, and then seriously expect someone to invest ten thousand euros in your company. I am simply asking for some sort of evidence to back up your claim that your company, or the people involved with your company, has been involved in this field for as long as you say.

Hello,

but we are talking about the history of our company not of the history of the people work there, if you go to take a look to the Card website it was be clear this was not done by amateurs. There are many prepaid card experts on the way and nobody got an idea like that.

Sorry i am of course not against tell you my business history, but this is a other case. If you want serious invest, send us a offer of how much shares you want buy, and a short description of you or your company. You will understand that i not send any personal infos to people i don't know.

Kind Regards

Markus

Hi there,
I am curious, as you say you have been active in the pre-paid card and payment processing game since 2010, what was the name of your prior company?
