I need Tor to access the site at work's office, it seems that in the past few hours the forum is being extremely sloppy with Tor for some reason. Tor opens other sites as usual except this forum. Also the captcha fails repeatedly saying this:

"Your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now. For more details visit our help page"

I have tried accessing the forum at home with a regular IP and it seems that the forum manages to open but it's sloppier than usual. I was wondering if we are under another DDoS attack of sorts.

It is not just a problem with Tor.

It's a large DDoS.
