Singapore-based WishFinance announced on Wednesday the global expansion of its blockchain platform. According to the company, this decision was widely applauded by investors who put into the project during the token pre-sale campaign from October 15th to October 25th.

That's exactly what I figured was taking place there and it's actually a pretty creative technique to get around the Howey tests. I'm just wondering if this method of circumvention would stand up to an actual challenge if that were to occur. However, I love the creativity because it just may get my favorite exchanges on board with it.
