What ATI 6990 is the best, MSI, XFX ou HIS?

 XFX HD6990 ENF9 (HD699AENF9)
 HIS HD6990 F4G4M

 What board is the best for mining?!?

All clock are the same...

MSI: clock 830
XFX: clock 830
HIS: clock 830

 Is there any difference between then? Overclock tools? More durability? Better cooler?

Just the sticker (brand), basically. I know XFX has a reputation for great customer service, but in reality if you really want one I would just buy the first one you can actually find in stock anywhere.

I can't figure out if MSI is dual... Both XFX and HIS are dual GPU...

All 6990s are dual-GPU. They are essentially two 6970s jammed into one card. And as mentioned above, all of these cards are "reference" cards, meaning they are all, by design, identical. The only difference is if you think one manufacturer has superior engineering abilities over the others. Every person will have their own beliefs on this point, however.

XFX has a double lifetime warranty (so you can transfer the warranty once to someone else if you sell it).  They will also accept warranties if you use the OC position.  Sapphire will also warranty it if you use the OC position but the warranty is only one or two years.  From what I've heard, all other brands might void the warranty if you put them in the OC position.

I think HIS will give you the most amount of accessories (crossfire connector, PCI-e adapters, DisplayPort converters, etc).  MSI will include covers to protect the connectors.  XFX includes the least amount of accessories.

 MSI claims that his solid capacitor (Military Grade II) can extend the life of the board to ~10 years... So, the solid capacitor seems to be a good differential, Don't you think?

My friend, i see you are new in the hardware field. No problem though.
Let me clear up the question above for ya.
-> all OEMs use solid caps all over the 6990 board, there is not a single difference hardware wise between them at the moment [ meaning in the current board revisions ].

Really, just buy the cheapest one.

 I never bought a graphics board before... I always used the onboad Intel, wich works very well with recent versions of Linux (since 2.6.28) and it is enough for me...
