When shall I leave when coin burning?

I want to know what should be my target when I buy a coin due to coin burning and expect some nice profit. Shall I set a goal x2/x3 and then sell or how to figure out when to sell?

I have a problem to recognize when to escape since I "wait" for bigger returns...
