There is no fix that you can do yourself. Just be glad the board still hashes. The repair of something like this out of warranty is not cheap.
That's just not true, ICs can be replaced quite cheaply. Technicians able to do this just aren't commonly found and they almost always get paid good money on corporate payrolls. Being forced to pay corporate fees for board repair is expensive but here's where I come in. I'm not able to get/hold one of these cushy corporate salarys because of a disability(the ADA does not trump ageism and a spotty resume). This is where I MUST innovate and adapt and voilà I think I've found a niche what I can flourish. I want to be the person people turn-to to replace burned out ASICs(and anything else preventing your miner from running at 100% or at all) out of warrantee.
Hell if I can get your miner back on line faster then the manufacturer even under warrantee that's money in your pocket and somthing to consider(if they have a huge repair backlog you could be out hundreds very quickly, bet their warrantee doesn't reimburse that).
