well, you know..it reminds me the thread about yobit where many people state that this is a scam exchange. It allegedly doesn’t pay money out, blocks users’ accounts etc. nevertheless, I personally used it and this exchange still works against all the odds. just the same about worldcore – you state it is a scam, but it still WORKS whatever you do…

if to believe the coinmarketcap website, then about 40 percent of wrc volume is traded at sistemkoin but not 60 percent as you state. the wrc token is represented at least on 5 exchanges two of which are big ones: hitbtc and okex. not bad for the token that is less than one year old
