Below is a simulation comparing your pricing with mpex.co arbitrarily on a particular call option July 140 using a price of 280 for the expiration.

PS. Not sure what you mean by "price of 280 for the expiration", I did not post my quotes for 280 strike...

I wanted to assume a price of 280 for the last friday of July and estimate what this particular call option at strike 140 would be worth.

You can't assume it because number of reasons... one of them - I'm not interested in buying any JUN options with such strike. If you want to buy it - you must get quote on it..

Do you offer CALL options to and what is the price mentioned, for example in "200 PUT 2015/05/31 @ 14" is the 14 price  14 btc for the right to sell 100 btc @200$/btc or is that 14 usd per option to sell 1 btc @200$/btc or something else ?

Give me strike price, expiration, call or put and I will give you bid/offer.

Price if for 1 contract. I contract = 1 BTC. If you need several contracts - price will be different.
