Hi! I'm Laco Vencel, I'm the owner and CEO of the company Lanast Co.,
I am the Smart City Enterprise founder, investor and head since May, 2014.

PROJECT

The Smart City Enterprise Project is an Enterprise Sales, Integration & Consultancy Business Network,
running based on the Unique Expression of Smart Technologies. It serves by introducing an Innovative
Approach to a cities infrastructure development and promotes Blockchain Transaction Principles between
stakeholders of Industrial Project's smart Tendering, Contracting and Delivery.

TOKEN

CITY token is initially the funding tool for the Smart City Enterprise Project.
Three months after the crowd-sale token will be distributed to the Exchange.
Later, after company will establish  sales operations, CITY token will be used
as payment method between contracting client-client solutions and
as payment method for buying the Smart City Enterprise services.

CONTRACT

CITY token sale, internally known as "Sick Mind Invented Hybrid Crowd-sale" has two phases:
The first phase is the “Auction”, the second phase is the “Fixed Price Sale”.
The Auction phase is a Second-Price Dutch Auction with specific conditions described on the web-page.
The Fixed Price Sale phase is a standard capped token-sale.

Your project serves the contract signing, bidding ... so how would you explain the contract to customers understand when they do not know programming, code? Or, in other words, how does the customer know what they are signing up for in the code?

The business analytics (on customer's side) usually don't understand coding, but they often understand mathematics well. Like in any common telco, bank institutions on the current market. We plan to use explanation by human words for several intellectual levels. Beginning by infographics, through "legal words", up to – "coding level". We plan to release sample of explanation on 10th May – by description of our token and contract source code by words understandable by "non-developers".

Moreover, anyway market digitalisation and IoT going deeper into industry, we believe it become to be standard in future (when regulation will be set and blockchain will be common technology for the transaction processing).

We are not developing anything new, we are going to support Blockchain developers and their engines. We are building sales network for them. Guys like Polkadot, Aragon, etc.


Short addition to question: "Or, in other words, how does the customer know what they are signing up for in the code?"
It's almost the same as now. Very often, only people from legal department deeply understand what company signs. If block-chains and crypto will be common in industry, I'm not worry that companies will have such specialists.

Hi, thank you. Project is going on fine, we just developing the e-procurement part, it already looks pretty good.
No, we have several programmers in Lanast Co. company that manages the Smart City Enterprise project.
Yes, cheat-free schema will be interesting from both perspectives (positive - private sectors / negative - governments)
India - because of really positive Smart City mood of the population, developers and government - with existing Smart City strategy - first 100 cities signed
