Current price is almost the lowest since Kyber is listed on exchanges.

This is good for the project and the space, I believe we will see more of these partnering between projects in the space my concern is just that this is not just to generate hype for appcoins coming ICO

Yes, it's under 2x ICO price and at about the lowest it's ever been. At its peak it was about 6x ICO price. It seems likely that in Q1 of 2018 the price will pump once they release their product.
