I come with some Machine Learning background. Does anyone use Machine Learning (ML) models to help in you trading activities?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Did you make any profits?
I am building a Machine Learning model to help me trade crypto coins, right now focusing on BTC, Ripple and some new entrants like Stellar and DeepOnion. PM if you have any interest in this direction.

I have not using any tools for trading as at today as the one I used before make me to lose money heavily and I will forever advise others to develop their skills and understand on how to trade like a professional as this is the only way you can actually succeed in trading. Though this is my first time of hearing about ml and I will try and do some research on it.

bot trading is the worst thing I've ever heard. I prefer trading manuals and study price movements and analyze the coins we have. in the world there is no such thing as a machine to learn trading. try to note that learning from the beginning will help you to get the skills and experience much better. because with experience then we can get satisfactory results in trading.

LoL ... I am curious about this fatal moment. Please more details ...  Grin
My trading is based on intuition and I usually avoid trading "empty" coins not backed by good dev. team, or backed by any product, service or backing fund.

I believe, our computers become more powerfull one day to handle artificial intelligence at home.
But, machine will never learn or predict the crowd reactions or crowd behaviour.

Using a bot on trading is not recommended particularly if you're a newbie although having said that, basing on your intuition doesn't do any better as it is also a worse way of trading. If you're using your intuition then you're technically doing gambling. if you guys do wanna succeed on trading, its better not to rely on someone or something in your trades as you yourself should be dong that. Always study the price movements (charts), be updated on the news and don't forget to use google for fuurther questions

Right now I am using a bot that notifies me about the increase in volume of buying activity of a particular coin on particular exchange. This is helping me a lot in tracking coins and I have made considerable profit through them. This bot doesn't really give me signals. But is good. I don't use a bot for giving be buying or selling signals. Right now I am mostly dependent upon my own research for trading and I am making decent profit in trading.

I would love to see what you are building and would like to test it for you if you are making it for public use.

No, I haven't but have a suggestion. Make a dynamic order, called trail stop order and make a windows and android app. You would get many buyers.

well to be honest i don't think machine learning which is popularly known as Algo trading is not profitable for long term. Algo trading is a automation process of strategic system which is prepared using a set of rules and algorithm. And by the way i always recommend people to go for Manual trading than Algo trading, as Machine Learning cannot match the Manual  process when the bitcoin market use to change dynamically with rapid shift in time. If at all you are doing it, i will tell you to look for traders who are having more than 5+ yrs of experience in algo trading.

Bittrex? API? Smiley) I'm using same tactics, but a bit advanced Smiley We can discuss different strategies and their outcome here, if you wish Smiley or PM if interested in some development in this area ))

So simple Wink Is this all you need? Smiley It can be done easily, lets talk about other nifty things you expect in app/script to be worth its price Smiley)) Maybe we even already have the tool you need.... Ooops Smiley)) Talking too much today Smiley

Guys, if you need some tools to trade and ready to donate some btc or fiat to my developers, we can consider public version if there will be enough interest in this topic or PM Smiley

I really respect your skills about the machine learning but to be honest it's not worth in the crypto currency trading. As you know bots are really specific alogirithms and they can't really predict the upcoming unwanted effect innsungke shot. There is big disadvantage such as crypto coin pumping which is done by humans obviously without any notice leading to disturbed market values which our bot might not be able to identify at right time and we may loose the bets. That's why many bots are useless now.

The problem with bots is trust. If we want a bot to help us earn profit we need to provide all the login details to it which is really risky. Some might suggest to start with low amounts and then trust , well then what's the use of a bot it can scam us anytime.
The only trusted bot on this forum might be gunbot it's been from years and no scam accusation has been created. It's better if you use it for yourself.

That is so 80's. We use AI stretch blended profiles to watch for trends. There are currently six of those living in the network at the office and they are expected to act as employees and be available during an 8 hour period per day. Beyond that, they have full internet access to learn and look around.

They are server tied, leaving the business network means that once per hour, a single hashed line of code that is needed for the program to work cannot be accessed and the program will hard halt.

I like such usage of bots. Very smart.  Any more details, please.
On which exchange, you use this "info bot"?

I am really sceptical about using artif. int. or spohisticated bots into crypto trading.
Maybe that few coins with very liquid markets are okay.
How artif. intel. could predict when five whales come to the market an start pumping ...  Grin
Please build such super-computer bot that gonna tell me when whales start pumping ... and (more important) when they are going to stop ...  Grin Grin
