Unsold tokens from presale and normal sale will go to token sale round #2 which is planned for next year after the company reached some of the milestones. Therefore those tokens will be locked and cannot be moved until the second sale round by the team.

Well, companies do not incorporate only where they work or run their operations: many times companies are incorporated in countries where rules or legal aspects are better to run the projects/activities.
Probably Estonia is one of the most famous countries for digital start-up, so imho it is probably a good move by the Etheal team.
